There is by far no way for the locals to save themselves from polluted atmosphere, so all they can do is pay for a breath of fresh air. This is the price for the industrial leap. Chinese people believe that portions of canned air will protect them. The manufacturers sell canned air with different flavors, from Tibetan mountains to southern breeze.
